Fixed Bugs:

New functions:
- Strg + left Mouse Button: marks the 'paste area'.
 (Could be used to 'preview' the paste area or to mak identical selections)
- DoubleClick: Colors a single cell.
- NOTE: Some Shortcuts in the 'color' menu have changed !!!
- Special menu/Save IE table  : creates small 'only IE 4.x' files.

   paste special2: ... paste char. only if the main cell is empty
- copy/paste with color
- foreground color 2 pix: creates colored BMP versions of all files with colored

- paint/dot mode : creates __,--'  lines instead of ___/
- make dot lines: use this function after converting a bitmap ASCII to line art.
- Color dialog window:
- Separate window with some HTML & ANSI standard colors. It makes the coloring
  more easy. Advanced user could hide the 'paintbar' and work with this window
  and the shortcuts.
