- HTML art

Start Settings (Default):
- Color mode: Plain text

Conversion of Bitmap to ASCII and the ASCII to colored HTML.

STEP 1:
========
Use the open dialog to select the bitmap: "Other\Sample-1.bmp" (origin. size).
("BMP2ASCII(grayscale)/relative color definition")

INFO: (see "BMP2ASCII Conversion")

STEP 2:
========
We will now make a colored HTML file from our ASCII picture.
First you must change the mode of the picture to "font colored" (ColorTools/Color mode).
Nothing visible changes, but you can now use colors.

INFO: The prog. has 4 different color modes. (See "file formats").

STEP 3:
========
Choose "Special/BMP2ColorGrid/foreground" from the color menu and select the
"Other\Sample-1.bmp" picture again. The prog. tries to convert the
bitmap files to font colors.

INFO: The ASCII grid MUST show the same picture as the bitmap. Otherwise the
      bitmap is stretched wrong.

STEP 4:
========
The grid font is now colored, but it didn`t have much contrast. Therefore we will
set another background color. Choose "main background color" and select black from
the color dialog.

INFO: You can only select one background color in this mode. If you are in the
      "AEF/HTML table" mode, it's possible to set another color for each cell.

STEP 5:
========
Save the grid as "Colored HTML" and start your browser to view it.

INFO: (See "file formats")
